Journeys are generated around the information you provide. Recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees that a place, route or experience will suit every traveller.
Check important information
Prices, availability, opening hours, transport, entry requirements, admission rules, safety guidance and other time-sensitive information can change. Check important details with the relevant official authority or provider before travelling or paying.
Costs and availability
Planning costs are estimates unless a price is explicitly identified as sourced otherwise. Third-party providers control their own prices, availability, booking conditions, cancellations and refunds.
Third-party bookings
Outbound availability or booking actions take you to third-party services. Any purchase is made with that provider under its terms; TTM does not complete or manage that booking.
Accounts and Saved Trips
You are responsible for keeping sign-in details secure and for activity through your account. Saved journeys help you return to planning information, but you should independently retain any details essential to your trip.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use automated methods that place unreasonable demand on it.
Service availability and liability
TTM may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms and use of TTM are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
